Warranty Coverage

All phones purchased from GoRenew come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or malfunctions that may occur during normal usage of your device. If your device experiences any issues covered under this warranty, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost to you.

What is Covered?

Our warranty covers the following:

Manufacturing Defects: Any flaws or issues in the workmanship or materials of the device.

Hardware Malfunctions: Problems with the device’s internal components, such as the motherboard, camera, or battery.

Software Issues: Issues related to the device’s operating system or pre-installed software.

What is Not Covered?

Our warranty does not cover the following:

Accidental Damage: Damage caused by drops, spills, or other accidents.

Unauthorized Repairs: Any repairs or modifications made by unauthorized service providers.

Cosmetic Damage: Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or other cosmetic issues.

Water Damage: Damage caused by exposure to liquids, unless the device is advertised as water-resistant.

Warranty Claim Process

If you experience any issues with your device that are covered under our warranty, please follow these steps to file a claim:

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team via email or phone with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
Assessment: Our team will assess the problem and provide you with instructions on how to proceed, which may include sending the device back to us for further evaluation.
Repair or Replacement: Once we receive your device, we will inspect it and determine the appropriate course of action. If the issue is covered under warranty, we will either repair the device or provide you with a replacement.

Additional Information

Shipping Costs: For warranty claims within the first 30 days of purchase, GoRenew will cover the shipping costs. After 30 days, customers are responsible for shipping the device to us, but we will cover the return shipping costs.
Replacement Devices: If a replacement is necessary, the replacement device will be of the same or equivalent model and condition.
Data Backup: Before sending your device for repair or replacement, please back up all personal data. GoRenew is not responsible for any data loss during the repair or replacement process.
