Refund & Return
We have a 7-day Replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement in case of manufacturing defects, wrong product delivered, and/or physical damage.
Please inform us at contact@gorenew.in within 7 days of receiving the product (in the case of manufacturing defect).
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a replacement, you can contact us at contact@gorenew.in. If your return is accepted, we will arrange a pick up of the product free of charge.
Items returned to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Cancellation Policy:-
Orders cannot be cancelled. We do not have a cancellation policy.
Refund Policy:-
We do not have any Refund Policy. Partial Payments are non-refundable.
