Reporting a Defect

Customers must report any defect within 24 hours of delivery.

Requests raised after this time period may not be eligible for return or refund.

Return Pickup & Transit

Once a valid defect report is raised, we will arrange a return pickup from your location.

The returned device will typically reach us within 3 days from the date of pickup.

Quality Check & Approval

Upon receiving the returned device, our team will conduct a thorough quality check.

A detailed report will be shared with the customer, confirming whether the return is approved for a replacement or refund.

Replacement Process

If approved, a replacement device will be dispatched within 3 to 5 business days after the quality check and will reach the customer within 7 business days of the date of dispatch.

Refund Process

In case of refund approval, the refund will be initiated on the same day of approval.

The refunded amount will reflect in the customer’s account within 3 to 5 business days, depending on the payment method and bank timelines.
